MANILA, Phlippines – A man died after a taxi hit him along España Boulevard in Manila on Friday morning. The man was crossing the road near the corner of Blumentritt Street when he got hit by an FNE Taxi (TMV 948). The Taxi Driver tried to avoid three other pedestrians but ended up hitting the victim.
