The Chinese Ministry of Health reported on Monday that China mainland has 18,285 influenza A/H1N1 cases from which 73.3 percent have fully recovered.
No deaths were reported in the statement.
In the time lapse between Friday to Monday over 2,300 cases were registered from which only six belonged outside of China.
Thousands of Chinese have been vaccinated with the influenza A/H1N1 vaccine with no serious reactions reported as stated by the Health Minister Chen Zhu.
