Minsk, November 1, 2009 -- The Health Ministry of Belarus has reported a total of 59 influenza A/H1N1 cases in the country as to Sunday.
According to ministry spokeswoman Olga Shulpina, a total of 59 laboratory confirmed tests have been reported. The country has not been hit by an epidemic yet.
The Belarusian Health Ministry reported only 39 new cases on Friday.
In neighboring Ukraine, a total of 39 people have been reported dead to the virus as infections were estimated at about 150,000.
