On Friday, the Croatian Health Minister reported the first case of the H1N1 flu.
Darko Milinovic, Health Minister for Croatia, stated that the case involves a woman that recently arrived the country from Australia. She is a 60-year-old woman from Sydney that arrived the European country this week.
The woman did not require any hospitalization but was treated with normal flu medicine instead of Tamiflu.
